Postage & Packing (Shipping)
UK Destinations
Postage and Packaging (Shipping) is included within the book price for all UK postal destinations. You must use the country drop-down box when checking out (the options are United Kingdom, Jersey, or Guernsey).
International Destinations
It is imperative that we have an in country telephone number and e-mail address for all international orders, If they are not supplied we cannot complete the transaction.
Europe, Australia/New Zealand and US/Canada = All Orders and World Zone 1 = for all orders for books up to 2.0Kg
The Postage and Packing (Shipping) charge will now be added to your order and this is calculated on an individual basis for each book. If as a result of a combination of books being ordered together we are able to secure a better rate, we will apply a discount when processing your order and this will appear on your confirmation e-mail detailing payment taken. In the rare event that the generic charge is insufficient to cover our costs to some WZ 1 destinations we will contact you. We will always secure our customers the best price available to us and we do not seek to make any profit from P&P, simply cover our overheads.
Other destinations and World Zone 1 (for books over 2.0Kg)
The variation in pricing is so great customers will have to e-mail sales@air-britain.com to request the price of P & P for any books they are considering ordering before placing any order.
We always seek to use the best method and we spend considerable time to achieve value for our customers. Where pricing overlaps across different methods in some regions, we use the fastest method. On occasion to obtain the best service and value we may split an order into two, if it is more effective to do so.
We will only contact you if the card issuer declines any adjustment. Where P&P costs are shown as variable and you wish to clarify before proceeding, please e-mail us at sales@air-britain.com and request the pricing.

Customs Declarations
For all shipments outside the UK, we are required to show a Customs Declaration on the outside of the parcel.
Goods may be subject to customs charges and fees. These depend on the contents’ value. The recipient will have to pay these before the parcel is released to them.
The customs authorities in the destination country determine if charges are due on imported goods.
The levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country. We cannot advise on what these may be, or be liable for these charges.
When ordering books to be held in the warehouse, state clearly in the “Special Instructions” box on the order “Book to be held awaiting next purchase” and on the second order “To be shipped with (title of original order).
